Welcome to Wheel Works Pottery!

Our collection ranges from plates, bowls, and jugs to mugs, tea bowls, yarn bowls, and so much more! Every one of our pieces is one-of-a-kind, uniquely hand-crafted by artist Deborah Craven.

Deborah began her Art Training as a fibre artist in 1975 at Georgian College, faculty of Design Arts and Technology. She then studied at The Banff Centre and The Alberta College of Art, Calgary.

Ever-searching to fine tune her art form, Deborah achieved her BFA at Concordia University and Teaching of the Arts; Specialist; at McGill University.

Deborah was a fine arts teacher in both Quebec and Ontario until 2018. She found a rekindled love of working with clay and is completely immersed in experimenting and playing with new ideas and expression.  Deborah's studio Wheel Works Pottery is in the process of relocating to Renfrew, Ontario.
